LG officially Adds New Pine Trail Netbook With 3G Connectivity and Much More

LG is doing what many PC manufactures are doing at this time livening up their notebook lines with ultra-portable netbook offerings. Today LG electronics has announced it’s new 10.1″ LG X140 netbook which we previously posted about when it first showed up on our radar. This netbook which boosts 5 second boot time is centered around the Intel Atom Pine Trail processor. The new slim and sleek netbook from LG is available in a Black case color as well as Pink.
Weighting in between 1.3 and 1.45kg, LG’s portable machine boasts a 1.83 GHz Atom processor, 2GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, GMA 3150 integrated graphics, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, SRS TruSurround HD sound, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 3G, and a battery life of up to 9 hours. The X140 is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Starter and costs about $490.
