Packard Bell Boosts Performance With New Dot SE Netbook

Packard Bell is also getting into the Atom N550 club with their 10.1-inch dot SE netbook. The netbook will come with the recently announced 1.5GHz Atom N550 dual core processor(See how well the N550 performs..). The dot SE netbooks have a much better look to them than previous generation Packard Bell dot netbooks.
If you didn’t already know the specifications for the Packard Bell dot SE netbooks here are the key things to know. The dot SE weights 1.25kg or about 2.76 pounds, pretty light weight if compared to other netbooks.It comes with a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display(1024×600 pixels), 1GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive and the Intel GMA 3150 integrated graphics core.
Other things included in the 10.1-inch Packard Bell netbook are LAN, Wi-Fi, a 1.3MP webcam, a 5-in-1 media card reader and a 6-cell battery(which offers up to 7.5 hours of batter life).
