ASUS Eee PC 1015PN Now Shipping; Intel Atom N550 and Nvidia ION 2

U.S. ASUS Eee PC 1015PN Seashell netbook fans your wait is over the 10.1-Inch is now available for order, if you have $429.99 to spare. The netbook is ready for orders via ExcaliberPC and will ship for Free. The netbook if you haven’t been paying much attention to ASUS is going to be one of the most powerful netbooks the company offers.
The ASUS Eee PC 1015PN features a 10.1″ WXGA (1024×600) LED Back-lit Display, the resolution is a letdown. Processing power is handled by the new 1.50GHz Intel Atom N550 Dual-Core CPU. The graphics for the 1015PN are taken care of thanks to the Nvidia ION 2 GPU (Nvidia Optimus Technology support) which is a nice improvement from Intel Graphics. You also will get 1GB of DDR3 memory, 250GB of internal HDD storage and 500GB of ASUS WebStorage.
This ASUS netbook also features (3) USB 2.0 ports, HDMI out, VGA, Card Reader (MMC/ SD/SDHC), 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and a 0.3MP webcam built-in. The 1015PN will ship with a 6-Cell battery which is supposed to be good for 9.5 hours of life. The netbook will also come pre-loaded with Windows 7 Starter OS. [Order Page]
