HP’s New AMD Brazos Fusion Clad Ultra-Portable Now Available, Details

HP Pavilion dm1z seriesAnnounced last week before CES 2011, the new updated HP Pavilion dm1-3010nr (dm1z series) 11.6-inch laptop is now available on the HP website for customized order. The customized notebook according to HP won’t ship until the 25th of this month so keep that in mind.

The new AMD Fusion netbook/ultra-portable has an 11.6-inch LED-backlit (1366 x 768) BrightView display, an AMD E-350 APU (two 1.6 GHz Bobcat cores, AMD Radeon HD 6310 graphics), up to 8GB of RAM, up to a 750GB HDD or a 128GB SSD, a webcam, 802.11n. Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet,  HDMI output, Altec Lansing speakers, a multi-card reader, and a 6-cell battery (up to 9.5 hours battery life).

The new AMD Fusion powered HP Pavilion dm1z runs Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional (only 64bit) and starts at $450.
