Check Out The Not So New Asus Eee PC 1015PW Sirocco Netbook

Asus teased everyone a couple day’s ago when they posted up the desert picture above, which has the name Asus Eee PC Sirocco written as well. The new Eee PC they were trying to hype up is in fact an already exposed netbook named Asus Eee PC 1015PW, Asus is keep keeping that name but adding Sirocco at the end. The netbook as you can see below has a desert sand styled case design that heavily resembles the sand in the teaser image posted above. Asus will offer the netbook for the States in Gold, Pink and Purple color options.

As for pricing and availability Asus hasn’t made anything official, but when the 1015PW was launched in Germany it was priced at 399 Euro. The netbook which does feature the latest dual-core Intel Atom N550 processor is something of a premium netbook so don’t expect it to be below $300 starting out here in the states.
