Sony Launches VAIO YB Series Ultra-Portable w/ AMD E-350 Zacate APU

Sony VAIO YB Series silverGreat news! Sony has begun to offer their first AMD Brazos powered ultra-portable/netbook in North America. The Sony VAIO YB Series is the name of the new series and the new range offers the AMD E-350 APU (Zacate), which has dual 1.60 GHz Bobcat cores and an AMD Radeon HD 6310 GPU. The VAIO YB starts at $599 and has an 11.6-inch HD (1366 x 768) display. You can order the YB straight from the Sony Style website in either Pink or Silver variants here.
